Rick McKell is a licensed engineering contractor who founded RAM Constructors in 1980. His firm specializes in large-scale infrastructure projects, including Cedar Hills and Sleepy Ridge Golf Courses.
Randy Deschamps has been a land planner in Utah for over thirty years. Having designed and managed dozens of large master planned communities, he has created 35,000 lots throughout the west.
Jason Meyer, our Financial Director, comes to us from Goldman Sachs and Lydian Trust in Seattle. He holds a BS and JD from Brigham Young University.
